To start, our industrial, custom built trailer is all aluminum for ultra-light weight while still being incredibly strong. An all-closed tube construction with an automotive best practices design gives our trailer the most rigid deck in the industry. All of this is supported by a single 5200-pound axle with electronic brakes. Heck, even our cabinets are made of .100” thick aluminum. Talk about burly!
Our lights are small but smart. Standard operation is achieved by the onboard photocell. On at night, off in the day. The upgraded model includes RF operation that allows for on-demand functionality. The system can be turned on and off by keying the radio mic or by our stand-alone remote. Brightness level can also be controlled remotely, giving the user all of the benefits of a real runway. Our standard trailer holds 140 lights, complete with charging ports that individual Deploy units slide into. No long wire with a plug and jack to deal with.

Our trailers come standard with three-way charging systems. The first is direct plug-in to 208-240VAC. The second is the included 230VAC 5.5KW generator. And last, but by no means least, is the roofline solar panel system. With 500W of solar panel power and two 210Ah batteries, come hell or high water your system is always ready to Deploy! (...Hey, that would make a great name!)
